You are absolutely valid and right in your feelings. The naysayers would make gender objective so that their simple veiw of life is verified, but we know, so excruciatingly well, just how subjective it is.

I’m amab, transitioned to female in 1993, at the age of 34. Now 62, I’m no longer performing “man" or “woman”.

I recognize that, as what people see as an old woman, it’s not unusual, and, of course, everyone still treats me, speaks to me, as a woman.

That’s okay. What’s important is how I see myself.

After approximately 30 years of performing “man”, poorly, and 29 years of performing “woman”, better, and more comfortably, I’m simply not ‘performing’ any more…

I’m learning, from Tibetan Buddhism, to not be reactive, to not be attached to what others think of me.

My self image, self respect, self worth, self love, comes from within.

I think that you are a good, kind and compassionate human being.

Peace Love Kindness Respect the more you give the more you get 😍 start with yourself 😉 because you deserve it ❤️🙏🏼
