I’m a 62 year old trans-woman who transitioned in 1993.

At this point in my life I’m no longer presenting as a typically feminine woman, or a typically masculine man.

I’m just fully, but in a relaxed way, being myself. I have no one to impress, no one to 'send signals' to.

Being kind and compassionate, of service to all living beings, is my only focus.

The label-controversies hold little interest for me now, except as an intellectual curiosity.

I suppose that age does play a part in affording me this privilege…the privilege of sitting back and observing, rather than fully participating.
