Thank you. I’m only 61, but I’ve had a very storied life. I’ve survived many hardships, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

I try to share what wisdom I have with younger people. Some of them appreciate it.

I do, however, see that most people have to go through the sturm und drang themselves, only recognizing the wisdom of the elderly when their hair has also gone white.
