Just in case that’s what you meant, all cis-women are not the same, either…just saying…some women are born with no uterus, or infantile uteri. Approximately one in 1500 to 2000 babies are born with genitalia that are so ambiguous that a surgeon just “makes” a 'vagina’, regardless of the babies DNA. There are a wide variety of genetic variations that occur more often than most people realize. Would you tell one of them, when they are, say, twenty years old, that they are not a woman?
