I’ve had a bit, but only a bit, of thought about the same subject. I suppose that, being older, it doesn’t really bother me. If someone wants to know if I’m referring to a romantic or platonic relationship, they can ask. Doesn’t bother me at all…but then, I’ve had a lot years to work through, and leave behind, all of the angst about how I’m perceived, what other people think.
