Interesting perspective.

I learned to wake up early so many years ago that the details are lost in the mists of time.

Whether getting up at 4:30 or 5 am, at ages eleven through 17 to work on a farm, or getting up at the same time in the US Navy, every day. At 61 years of age, I wake up at that time every day. No alarm needed. If I do, occasionally, set an alarm, I wake up, invariably, five minutes before it sounds off.

I wake up at “zero dark thirty”, think, “Do I have something important to do?” The answer is usually “no” these days.

Then I wake up around eight. Same process…

By nine or ten, I simply can’t stay in bed any longer…

It’s a good habit. 😍😘😇🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
