I’ve never ghosted anyone who hadn’t first deliberately disrespected me. The worst? Raped me, and continued to try to contact me, as if I would simply 'forgive and forget’.🙄

Not one-time, minor insults. Not the occasional micro-aggression. Repeated, deliberate, insults, after my having tried to talk about it with them.

In such cases I have absolutely no guilt.

No one has ever ghosted me.

One thing that observant people learn with age is that people who repeatedly show no respect for you, deserve no respect from you. They are a continuous drain on your quality of life. People rarely change. Drop them like a hot rock.

There are seven billion more of them out there…
