In order to support your premise of "logical flaws" you have assigned a status of infallible truth to a concept that is very far from fully understood and settled science.
When there is a consensus on all of the features of transgender people among, say, 97% of all *qualified experts*, as is the case with, for example, global warming, then your little joke might have some merit.
Alas, you are making assumptions and calling them facts....
