I’m proud of you for knowing yourself well enough to make good decisions like that.

I’m old, retired, divorced twice and happily single. I go on FB for fifteen to twenty minutes a day, Instagram for perhaps five or ten.

The only reason I have a Twitter account is so that I can go there when someone posts a screenshot in an essay. Otherwise, I’ve just never been interested…

On Instagram it’s just for checking on younger women in recovery…and looking at the purty grrrls who post about their lesbian relationships.😁

On FB I only have and interact with other women who are supportive, compassionate, nonconfrontational.

I tell young people, “On the internet, as in life, you find what you’re looking for",(often unwittingly).

I see that, by your essay, you’ve been “lost in the weeds” before, recognized what was happening, and changed your behavior. Good show!

It only took me sixty years to start seeing myself as I really am. You’re way ahead of me!
