Personally, I’ve gotten to the point that I honestly don’t care what others think about my Gender or Sexuality. It has, of course, taken decades…

I suppose that it helps that I’ve been “passing” for twenty-five years.

I’ve “come out” to local groups that I belong to, in the interest of #visibility.

The VA was still using my old name, so I just went in and had a new picture taken for my ID…

People that have known me for a while were shocked, some took quite a bit of convincing. Everyone still refers to me as “Louise”, she/her.
