I find that not wearing a bra gives me the same effect…but, seriously, yes, I think that, subconsciously, when people see that someone has made an effort to look good for others, they are more available for social interaction.

Although…the other night, outside of an AA meeting, a man informed me that he was going to ask me out on a date, “soon”. I told him that I would put on some make-up before our date, to look good for him. He said, “Don’t worry about that. You look good like you are!”
