I’m a 62 year old trans-woman who transitioned in 1993 at the age of 34/35.

About a month ago I shared one of your previous essays on my Facebook page. I proceeded to share it to some of the groups I belong to.

Most accepted it and allowed it to post.

One particular group’s admin “held onto” it for a few weeks, siting that some of the members of this group,(one of several “butch/femme” groups), may object to it.

She explained that in a comment on the post as she allowed it to go through, saying that, in the interest of fairness, she’d decided to allow it.

That evening when I got home, I found that I had been blocked from posting on all FB groups.

PS; I checked this morning. I’m still blocked from posting on all groups, though I’ve “dissagreed” officially. Even posts of articles from nationally known mainstream magazines, if they deal with anything trans, are not allowed to be shared.

Looks like the “GC"s are taking over Facebook…
