“What are your thoughts on this Republican Minnesota lawmaker proposing a bill which would make it a misdemeanor if a transgender athlete competed in a woman’s sport?"

It’s just plain hateful. Republicans tend to be more selfish and self-centered, not caring who gets hurt as long as they get what they want.

Even if the politician in question doesn’t particularly hate transwomen, he knows that many, perhaps all, of his supporters do. He does it to pander to his base…getting votes, keeping his powerful position and increased income opportunities.

The average republican doesn’t see life as an opportunity to contribute to the betterment of mankind.

They will often make noises and rationales excusing their behavior, calling it “tough love”, or arguing that their philosophy is better for humanity, “in the long run”.

It’s b.s…they believe that life is all about “survival of the fittest”, and if you are “too weak" to compete…they say, “tough stuff”, then laugh while they count their money. It’s pure evil.

Humanity survived as a species by cooperating, loving, respecting other humans, treating each other with kindness and compassion.

If they hadn’t, if ancient peoples were “all about dat cash”, they would have been isolated and eaten…
