As I’m sure that you remember, I knew I was a girl from when I was a toddler.
Born in 1958, that didn’t go well, to say the least.
I ended up an alcoholic, presently sober since September 21, 2018.
In 1998 I was determined, by a Social Security review board, to be “totally and permanently disabled, unemployable, due to major depressive disorder with suicide attempts, major anxiety disorder with panic attacks and agoraphobia, and borderline personality disorder”, all a result of gender dysphoria.
So, life-saving?
Definitely, without a shred of doubt.
