As I said, change is inevitable. As far as spiritual or mind/body training training goes, the test is, “is it working for me?”

If the answer is, “yes”, it’s all good.

Personally, I am learning from the teachings of some Tibetan Buddhist Monks and Nuns, on youtube.

Ani Pema Chodron, Venerable Thubten Chodron, are two Buddhist Nuns who are very wise,(and also quite delightful).

Gelong Thubten is a monk from the UK. He’s very wise and also a very relatable teacher.

They never get into any religious beliefs or aspects. It’s purely about training the mind, and finding peace, self-love, compassion and confidence, not to mention that fear begins to shrink, fade away…

Compassion for all sentient beings,(including yourself), is the doorway to happiness.

Meditation, in the style that they teach, is like physical therapy, but for the mind.

Put simply, “The soul/heart knows what to do, if we can only quiet the mind.”

There’s a “buddha-nature" deep within us all. It’s the perfect love and compassion found in a happy baby.

When we can connect with that “buddha-nature”…well, look them up on YouTube…

Be safe my friend.
