Although I've probably made a few minor jokes about sex, I've always seen you as a friend.
At 63 years old I'm still growing and changing in ways that I never anticipated, or anticipated but didn't understand what it would really be like.

At your tender,(to me), age you have plenty of of time to find your way…
Repeat after me, "My past is not who I am. It’s just what happened. As all living things do, I’ve grown, changed. I’m not that person anymore,(not that she was "bad", just not as evolved as I am now). I’ll just keep to my own path, with love, gentle kindness, and compassionate understanding, both for others and myself. Keeping to that path will always get me to a better place, a better, more evolved, person."
Shame and guilt are useful, in the very short term. If I bring them with me past their usefulness, I’ve only hobbled myself.
