All too true.

I didn’t have any regrets or even uncomfortable feelings when my VA therapist “graduated" me, abruptly. I never felt any connection with her. She seemed to always see me as an inhuman lab specimen.

I was only crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s, so I could continue in the good graces of the MD’s in the VA healthcare system, those who actually helped me.
