Absolutely stellar. You’re amazing!
Thank you Michelle.
I was born in 1958, to parents who were born in 1924 and 5, in rural North Carolina.
I knew I wasn’t really a boy from the beginning.
Alcohol and drugs were my only escape. From puberty to the age of 34, when I began my transition, in San Diego CA, I was extremely lucky, blessed, to simply be alive and not crippled.
I continued to drink, a full fledged alcoholic, until September 21, 2018.
I expect that one lifetime will not be enough to recover, but now I gladly, joyously, help younger trans and lesbian women get on the road to recovery, “the road to happy destiny”.
I’m 62, two and a half years sober and clean, and I think that you are nearly as brave as your child.
Always love, --weezi--💜🙏🏼🦄🥳
